Shipping Policy

We prioritise the satisfaction of our customers ensuring that your orders are fulfilled within our given shipment time period, in which we will dispatch within 7 business days. The reason for this is so we can allow up to 3 days to process your order and package it for delivery. Please note that we are no more responsible for packages once they've been shipped with the courier. Any issues regarding the delivery of the package please liaise with the customer service of the company shipping your package.

Refunds

All sales are final. All our products are quality checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event of our product not being up to expectance, please contact us on this issue and our team will guide you on this matter.
